DMCA Takedown tracker

The DMCA takedown tracker checks the exact URL for an http response and returns the status of that page.
It's API based.
Can be used on an adhoc basis to determine the status of the requested URL.
It can also be used to monitor the status of a url over time when combined with the dmca.com monitoring service.

404 - page not found
200 - found (but possibly down, check response to validate)
302 - redirected ( possibly down, check response to validate)

The Takedown Tracker responses can be checked from day to day and one day compared with the previous etc.
